1-1/8 x 5/8 inch polished finish oval 14kt gold plated over sterling silver St. Christopher medal on a 24 inch stainless steel gold plated chain. The pendant features a slightly raised figure of St. Christopher, who is shown carrying a child on his shoulders, in the center. Around the border on the outside of the pendant are the words, "Saint Christopher Protect Us" at the top with an array of stars at the bottom.
